The IMF boss,  was it a conspiracy? They knew that he had a weakness for women and they used it against him. This was because he could not resist this beautiful African woman who i think might have seduced him. Now it would be difficult for him to contest the French presidential elections as the damage that has been caused is irrepairable.   Even if he should be nominated by his party, this damaging allegation would be used against him by the French electorate. Incumbent governments will always do everything to keep their opponents at bay. I hope potential technocrats who are aspiring to contest for political positions in their countries in future.
